Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the EstateBOSS app and website collect, how it is used and the choices you have. EstateBOSS is a product of Qalrix Group, LLC (“we”, “us”), built for estate sale companies (“companies”) to run their sales.

Information we collect

• Account information: the email address and password you use to sign in, and your company’s name and contact details.
• Sale information you enter: sale names, dates and addresses; the client’s name, phone and email; item details, prices and sale status; expenses; agreement terms and signatures.
• Photos: pictures of items you take or choose in the app.
• Website forms: details you submit through the early-access form.

How we use it

• To provide the app: storing your sales, generating tags, agreements and settlement reports.
• To identify and price items: item photos and any notes you add are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce an item description and price suggestion. The AI provider may search the public web for comparable sales.
• To contact you about your account or your early-access request.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our hosting provider (Supabase, running on Amazon Web Services in the United States). Photos are kept in private storage. Each company’s data is only accessible to signed-in members of that company.

• Anthropic — AI item identification and pricing
• Netlify — website hosting and form handling

Retention and deletion

Companies can delete sales, items and photos in the app at any time. To delete your account and all of your company’s data, contact us at the address below and we will complete the request within 30 days.

Children

EstateBOSS is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders.
